Each blank sheet is letter size with the buttons drawn at the correct diameter, the bleed already added, and two guide lines per button: a dashed outer cut line and an inner line showing the finished edge that stays visible once the paper wraps the shell. Print at 100% scale, add your design by hand or in other software, cut, and press.

Button Size Charts (PDF, Actual Size)
One chart per press family, printed at actual size, so you can hold a real button against the page.
Every size we support, drawn at the size it really is. The solid outline is where you cut, the dotted outline is the button face that stays visible once the paper wraps the shell, and the numbers underneath give the cut size, the button size and the bleed. Squares also print the bleed left at the corners, because a square is cut as a 45 degree octagon rather than a square: the corners have to fold flat behind the shell, and that is the number most size charts leave out.
- US button size chart (PDF): 7/8" to 6" rounds, 1" to 3" squares, and the 1.75 x 2.75" oval.
- Metric button size chart (PDF): 25mm to 100mm rounds, 37mm and 50mm squares, 45 x 65mm and 60 x 90mm ovals.
Measure the ruler before you cut anything. Printers default to Fit to page, which shrinks a letter sheet by roughly 4% and says nothing about it. Every chart and every blank template above carries a 1 inch and 25 mm bar at the foot of the page. If it measures short, your printer scaled the page: reprint at 100%.
There are two charts rather than one with a conversion column because 58mm is not 2.25". A 58mm button measures 2.283" and cuts at 70mm, where a 2.25" button cuts at 2.625", so a template made for one press is the wrong size in the other. Which press you own decides which chart you want.
